Junior Finance Team Leader (AP Team)

We are looking for a Junior Team Leader in Accounts Payable  Purchase Order department.

AP department in Össur (Demant Group) consists of 27 very motivated and energetic accountants, interns, Team Coordinator and AP Supervisor. As Team Leader you will develop your own team in close cooperation with AP Supervisor. You will be responsible for creating and supporting the culture of continuous improvement, influencing accounting processes and shaping department’s working environment in our SSC.

  • Managing a team of 8-12 people and maintain a professional image of the department,

  • Monitoring and reviewing KPI metrics on regular basis and take appropriate actions

It would be great if you:

  • have higher education in the field: finance and accounting, economics or related;
  • on your career path you had a chance to work in the Accounts Payable Department especially in PO invoices related part;
  • have a leadership background or a chance to lead a project;
  • are an effective communicator and your English skills allow you to communicate seamlessly in business situations;
  • know MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
  • look for empowerment and opportunities to contribute to growing SSC organization (supporting transitions & process optimization);
  • are open, inquisitive and willing to look for solutions and improvements;
  • are able to delegate and execute multiple tasks;
  • are proactively taking up an initiative
