Office Coordinator

We are the global leader in non-invasive prosthetics, including bracing and support products. As an Organization our business concerns development (R&D), manufacturing and sales via various distribution channels to the global market (presence in +25 countries and growing).

We have set up a Finance Shared Service in Poland, Szczecin Office, where big part of our finance and accounting activities is based. As our teams are constantly growing, we would like to create the role for Office Coordinator who will support us in daily organizational duties.

You will be a part of Össur Shared Service Centre (Demant Group) and reporting to Finance Shared Service Operations Manager to support us in in daily activities.

What tasks are waiting for you?
•    Overseeing and supporting administrative and office related duties.
•    Managing office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary ensuring efficiency.
•    Assisting with office layout planning and office moves.
•    Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
•    Working with SharePoint environment, updating information and files.
•    Organizing meetings, preparing influential PowerPoint presentations and taking minutes.
•    Managing continuous improvement program (Kaizen).
•    Preparing internal and external communication about SSC and Finance Control (SharePoint, Newsletter).
•    Support in Finance Control informational meetings.
•    Organization of events and workshops including agenda preparation, necessary bookings and flight arrangements.
•    Providing other administrative support as necessary, including doing research, translating documents and supporting the onboarding of new team members.
•    Providing general support for visitors and all departments.


It would be great if you:
•    are experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently,
•    have very good knowledge of English (spoken & written),
•    poses solid MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and attention to detail,
•    identify yourself as energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple ‘hats’,
•    have strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
•    pose customer, ‘can do’ and goal-oriented attitude,
•    have project management skills (would be a strong asset).
